Frozen Sprat 

The fish is freezed with Frigoscandia flowfreezer for individually quick freezing. Can be packed under customers own brand.

Ingredients:
Sprats, breadcrumbs (wheatflour, salt, yeast), batter (water, wheatflour, salt, potato starch)
Cooking instructions: From frozen. deep fry in hot oil at 180 C for 2-3 min or until golden brown.

The expiration date of salted Sprat is app. 75 days after the processing at a temperature of 0 +4°C. The fish can be packed in cardboard boxes with net weight of 12kg, 4kg buckets and 1kg buckets.
